In just under 16 minutes, it follows Vangie (Phyllis Grae Grande), a contractual sales clerk working at a mall called “Trendysitas.” Facing imminent dismissal just as her contract nears its end, she discovers her supervisor, Ma’am Charo (Angelina Kanapi), maintains perfect performance by ingesting a mysterious “cloning supplement.” Through magical realism, the film illuminates the absurd lengths contractual workers go to in search of job security.
